Dr. Richardson was born and raised in Chicago, IL. He received his AA from Mesa Community College where he served as President of the Black Student Union for two terms. He later received his Bachelor’s in Psychology with a Minor in Business from Arizona State University, Masters degree in Human Relations from Northern Arizona University (NAU), and his PhD in Educational Leadership from NAU. He is the Program Director of multiple mental/behavioral health facilities. He sits on the board for various mental/behavioral health facilities in Arizona while advocating for Native Americans to access quality mental health services. He is also a member of the Chandler Men of Action and is involved in several community service projects.
